About Bec
Bec is a graphic designer, a passionate member of the Margaret River Off-Road Cycling Association and a badass mountain biker.
She’s in charge of the MRORCA Branding and Marketing, their website and coordination of the kids’ mtb coaching. She’s the founder of ‘Lil Miss Orcas’, girls-only mtb sessions to encourage more females in the sport.
Bec brings enormous energy and commitment to the MRorca club and to her work and life in general!

About the Website
The club had been using the same old WordPress website for ages. No one in the club knew how to use it, except for Bec (and she didn’t even love it herself). Interviews with existing members showed that users didn’t love it either, as they couldn’t easily complete the tasks they came to the site for.
It was time for a major overhaul to give MRORCA a website that both its members and volunteer committee members would enjoy using.
The Mrorca website was designed on Wix as it offers many great features, all in one spot… Here are some that I’ve included on the site:
Online forms to register for the kids coaching sessions (with a list of all registered kids in the site’s dashboard)
An events calendar
Embedded maps from a specialised website (Trailforks)
A donation form linked to the club’s account to receive payments
An online merchandise shop
